Buy any Simply O3 ozone generator and try it for six months. If it is not the right fit, send it back for a full refund of the device price. You cover return shipping, we do the rest.
Why six months and not thirty days
Ozone equipment is not an impulse purchase. It takes a few weeks to get your oxygen supply sorted, learn the settings, and build a routine that fits your week. Thirty days is barely enough time to unbox it and read the manual.
We give you six months because we would rather you take the time to actually use the thing. If it turns out not to be for you after a real trial, that is a fair reason to send it back.

We refund the full price of the device minus shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded and you are responsible for sending the product back to us. Orders over $9,000 USD carry a 25% restocking fee two weeks after purchase. No returns are accepted after 6 months.
And a lifetime warranty on the generator
The guarantee covers you if you change your mind. The warranty covers you if something breaks.
Every Stratus 3.0 and Cumulus ozone generator, and every oxygen regulator we sell, carries a lifetime warranty. Not one year. Not five. For as long as you own it.
Our other generators, including the Ozonette, home laundry, commercial laundry, and hot tub units, carry a 2-year warranty.
You ship it to us, we ship it back to you free of charge. Most repairs leave our facility within 1 to 2 business days of arriving.
A few honest limits:
- Accessories are not warrantied, though we will exchange or credit anything defective.
- Ozone bags are consumable items and are not expected to last indefinitely.
- The warranty does not cover oil or water pulled back into the reactor. That damage requires a repair charge.
- Generators bought secondhand from someone other than us do not carry a transferable warranty.
- International customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from our facility.
How to send something back
- Fill out the form. Use our return, repair, or exchange form. It takes about two minutes and issues your RMA number.
- Ship it to us. Pack it well. You cover shipping to our facility.
- We process it. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Repairs ship back to you free.

Full return policy by product
Generators
All Simply O3 ozone generators can be returned within 6 months of the completed order for a full refund of the device price, minus shipping. You are responsible for shipping the product to us. The guarantee does not apply to ozone add-ons, ozone oils, laundry or hot tub generators, produce purifiers, or other accessories.
Kits
Some kits, such as a Complete Kit, include both a generator and accessories. Unused accessories can be returned for a full refund within 6 months, provided they are:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- Returned with the entire kit, including the generator and all other accessories
Accessories and add-ons
Accessories bought separately can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused. After 30 days we do not accept accessory refunds.
Ozone oils, Glyzine, and skincare
Ozone oils and Glyzine can be returned within 30 days, opened or unopened.
Produce purifiers, hot tub units, and laundry generators
These can be returned within 30 days, used or unused.
Oxygen tanks
Unused oxygen tanks can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. They must be shipped back empty and entirely unused. We do not accept tank refunds after 30 days.
Exchange policy
Any unused product can be exchanged for a credit or a product of equal value within 6 months of the purchase date. This does not apply to orders over $9,000 USD. You are responsible for shipping to and from our facility.
Shipping policy
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same day. This is not a guarantee and can shift with order volume. During busy periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipping costs are determined by the carrier and may fluctuate.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed then, including expedited orders, are processed the following business day.
Glyzine and other made-to-order products ship within 2 business days of production. Ground shipping on Glyzine is free within the United States.
Domestic shipping
Our standard domestic method is UPS Ground. Unless you choose otherwise, that is the method used. Within the continental United States, standard shipping takes up to 7 business days after the package leaves our facility. UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air orders are fulfilled the same day.
- Simply O3 cannot be held responsible for domestic shipments that are lost or stolen, and no refunds are issued in those cases.
- If an expedited order does not arrive in time, contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. Save all packaging materials.
- If your order arrives damaged, save all packaging materials and contact customer service.
International shipping
We ship internationally through DHL and UPS only. Simply O3 cannot be held responsible for international shipments that miss their estimated arrival date or are lost or stolen, and no refunds are issued in those cases.
You are responsible for all customs duties and tariff charges. Packages are not released until those fees are paid. Please confirm your shipping address, email, and phone number before ordering, since all shipment correspondence is by email.
Tracking and address accuracy
You receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
If you entered the wrong address, contact customer service immediately at (844) 655-2524 or info@simplyo3.com. Simply O3 is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
How long does a repair take?
Once we receive the machine, we average 1 to 2 business days before shipping it back out. That can vary depending on the issue and the parts required.

Who pays return shipping?
You pay to ship the product to us. On warranty repairs, we pay to ship it back to you. International customers pay shipping both ways.
Is the warranty transferable if I buy a used generator?
No. Ozone generators purchased outside Simply O3 do not carry a transferable warranty.
How fast do orders ship?
