3. Follow the instructions and ship the product(s) to us. Upon receiving the product, we average one business day to process and put it back in the mail. Please follow the instructions exactly as follows so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
*People in the USA are responsible for shipping to our facility, we will ship it back for free. International shipments will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our facility.
