I bought the nasal cannula for a friend to use as she has issues with her lungs, but she hasn’t been well enough to come by and start using it, so I have no feedback for you on the experiencing of using it yet. However, I would like to take this opportunity to say how absolutely shocked I am at the price charged for the shipping, the cannula itself cost £3 and the shipping costs were £48!!! I can well understand that to ship some of the o3 equipment is expensive, fragile medical equipment like the glass insert for the water bubbler is very fragile and needs expensive, specialised packaging to keep it safe in transit. However, a nasal cannula which even when packed in a big box only weighed 3 1/2 oz and even if packed in a small padded envelope could not have got broken in transit, to charge £48 shipping on an item that cost £3 retail which is sixteen times the price of the cannula is absolutely outrageous!. I just don’t see how Simplyo3 can justify that. I can see it simplifies things to have a flat rate for shipping but when there is such a major discrepancy between the value and also the fragility of some of the items you sell, surely a system of two flat rates would be workable and much fairer.

Generators
All Simply O3 ozone generators come with a 6 MONTH money back guarantee, from the date of completed order. If for any reason the customer decides to return the product within that time frame, we will refund the full price of the device minus the shipping cost. Shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.
***Orders over $7,000USD will be subject to a 25% restocking fee two weeks after the date of the purchase. No returns allowed after 6 months.
This policy exists to encourage our customers to try the device. They can always return within 6 MONTHS, for any reason.

Kits
Some products (such as a Complete Ozone Kit) includes both an ozone generator and accessories. Unused accessories can be returned for a full refund within the 6 months only under the following criteria:
- It is unused
- It is undamaged
- It is returned with the entire kit, including the ozone generator and other accessories
Accessories and Regulators
Accessories, ozone add-ons, and ozone oils can be returned within 30 days of the purchase if they are unopened and unused. After 30 days, we do not accept refunds of accessories.
Oxygen Tanks
Unused oxygen tanks may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. They must be shipped back empty and be entirely unused. Refunds will no longer be accepted after 30 days.
The customer is responsible for shipping the products to us.
