What guarantees do you have?

All Simply O3 ozone generators come with a 6 MONTH money back guarantee, from the date of completed order. If for any reason the customer decides to return the product within that time frame, we will refund the full price of the device minus the shipping cost. Shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.

***Orders over $9,000USD will be subject to a 25% restocking fee two weeks after the date of the purchase. No returns allowed after 6 months.

This policy exists to encourage our customers to try the device. They can always return within 6 MONTHS, for any reason.

This policy applies to all customers of an ozone generator device. The policy does not apply to ozone add-ons, ozone oils, or any other ozone accessories. 

The customer is responsible for shipping the products to us.  

What is your warranty?

All of our machines and regulators carry a LIFETIME warranty except for the Ozonette and Cumulus. The Ozonette and Cumulus carries a 2 year warranty.  Accessories do not carry a warranty but are able to be exchanged or credited in the case of a defect.   

*Note warranty does not cover oil or water backflow into the reactor.

The customer will be responsible to ship the products to us, but we will ship them back for free.  

What is your shipping policy?

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SimplyO3. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We typically process and ship orders out the same day if placed before 3PM Eastern time. However, this is not a guarantee and may slightly fluctuate based on volume. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order on our end, we will contact you via email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders that are placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. (This includes expedited shipments placed on weekends and holidays)

Domestic Shipping Policy:
Our standard form of domestic shipping is UPS Ground. Unless specified otherwise, this will be the shipping method selected. Within the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), shipping time will be up to 7 business days with standard shipping after it has left our facility. All other forms, 3 business day, 2 business day, or next business day will be delivered on time*.

*If your order is not delivered within the expedited shipping time please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:
Due to the nature of international shipping, Simply O3 currently ships exclusively via DHL for all international orders (without exceptions). Simply O3 can not be held responsible for any international shipments that did not arrive on the estimated arrival date, or were lost or stolen, and no refunds will be given in such an occurrence. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties/tariff charges that may occur and the package will not be released to the buyer if these fees are not paid.

Please be sure to verify that your shipping address, email and phone number are correct before ordering international shipping to help ensure delivery of your order. Correspondence involving your shipment will be via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

New and Returning customers:
Please be sure to verify that your shipping address, email and phone number are correct before placing your order. If your order was placed with the incorrect address contact our customer service immediately at 844.655.2524, SimplyO3 is not liable for any orders that are processed and shipped to the wrong address.

Damages:
If you received your order damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service at 844.655.2524 or info@simplyo3.com. Please save all packaging materials.

What is your return policy?

Generators
All Simply O3 ozone generators come with a 6 MONTH money back guarantee, from the date of completed order. Kits
Some products (such as a Complete Ozone Kit) includes both an ozone generator and accessories.  Unused accessories can be returned for a full refund within the 6 months only under the following criteria:
- It is unused
- It is undamaged
- It is returned with the entire kit, including the ozone generator and other accessories

Accessories

Accessories, ozone add-ons, and ozone oils can be returned within 30 days of the purchase if they are unopened and unused.  After 30 days, we do not accept refunds of accessories.

Oxygen Tanks
Unused oxygen tanks may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  They must be shipped back empty and be entirely unused.  Refunds will no longer be accepted after 30 days.  

The customer is responsible for shipping the products to us.  

What is your exchange policy?

Any unused or barely used products can be exchanged for a credit or product of equal value within 6 months of the purchase date.  This does not apply to orders over $9,000USD.

The customer is responsible for shipping to and from our facility.

How long will it take for a machine to get repaired?

Once we receive the machine, we average 1 - 2 business days before we ship it back out.  There may be some variances based on the issue or parts required.
