Where Our Ozone Oil Capsules Come From
We make most of our ozonated products in-house. For olive oil capsules, we did a worldwide search for a manufacturer who could meet three standards:.
- Effective: high peroxide value, stable ozonides
- Validated: independent lab testing and pharmaceutical-grade certifications
- Safe: cold-processed to prevent formaldehyde formation
The manufacturer that best meets all three is based in Europe, where ozone has been a part of mainstream medicine for more than a century.
That’s a long trip for a small capsule, but we think it’s worth every mile.

What "Peroxide Value" Means
Ozonated olive oil is more than just olive oil with ozone mixed in.
When ozone is diffused through olive oil, it bonds with the oil's unsaturated fatty acids to form stable new compounds called ozonides and peroxides.
These are the molecules that do the work.
The "600 peroxide value" you see on our label is a direct measurement of those compounds.
Higher numbers, more transformation, more potency.
Why Colder is Cleaner
Most ozonated oils on the market are produced at room temperature or warmer, which accelerates ozonation but comes at a cost:
Heat drives the formation of aldehydes, including formaldehyde, along with other inflammatory byproducts.
Our olive oil is ozonated at a steady 48°F over a much longer period.
The result is more of the ozonides and peroxides you want, and less of the byproducts you don't.
