I’ve found this to be highly effective. I was unsure of the placement of the typical catheter as it seemed to reach the tumor, fold over and double back down so that it was no longer right against the tumor. I had no idea how far to insert as I was hoping it would slide past it and go into the ******. So. I can feel the gas saturating my lower abdomen, release of gas rectally and also lymph fluid drainage from ******. Some bleeding as well. I’m also doing a parasite cleanse and passing tapeworms almost daily now for four months.. using mimosa pudica seed from microbe formulas. Very important to use that brand. Others don’t give the same results. Even with the exact same ingredient/nothing else. So with the passage of all these worms, the ozone is definitely helping that too. I have not needed the fluid catcher. The fluid I did have was not drawn out into it like I expected. Not sure if it works or maybe I haven’t had enough fluid for it to work. My tumor, last checked, was roughly 3cm in circumference. I’m doing 45 minutes 2-3 x/week. My whole body ached this morning after doing it before bed last night. I’m doing it at night so I can take my herbs and vitamin c during the day. The ozone takes away my appetite and I sleep without my usual need for valerian root. I drink a cup of the water and do a vaginal rinse with another cup. Can’t say I love it because it’s still work and still total body discomfort, but I know it’s working and in the end, it’s something I believe works. God’s ways are miraculous… thank you for making this tool for us!!

What is your return policy?
Generators
All Simply O3 ozone generators come with a 6 MONTH money back guarantee, from the date of completed order. If for any reason the customer decides to return the product within that time frame, we will refund the full price of the device minus the shipping cost. Shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer.
***Orders over $7,000USD will be subject to a 25% restocking fee two weeks after the date of the purchase. No returns allowed after 6 months.
This policy exists to encourage our customers to try the device. They can always return within 6 MONTHS, for any reason.

Kits
Some products (such as a Complete Ozone Kit) includes both an ozone generator and accessories. Unused accessories can be returned for a full refund within the 6 months only under the following criteria:
- It is unused
- It is undamaged
- It is returned with the entire kit, including the ozone generator and other accessories
Accessories and Regulators
Accessories, ozone add-ons, and ozone oils can be returned within 30 days of the purchase if they are unopened and unused. After 30 days, we do not accept refunds of accessories.
Oxygen Tanks
Unused oxygen tanks may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. They must be shipped back empty and be entirely unused. Refunds will no longer be accepted after 30 days.
The customer is responsible for shipping the products to us.
